Capture Camera Clip System

The Capture™ Camera Clip System is a new way for active photographers to carry their camera - by rigidly clipping it to any strap or belt on their existing gear. The product consists of two main parts.

The “chassis” clamps down securely on any strap or belt, including but not limited to shoulder straps, waist straps, waist belts, messenger bag straps, climbing harnesses and life vest straps.
The “camera connection plate” screws into the standard tripod mount on any camera. When the plate is attached to a camera, the user can rigidly attach the camera to any strap or belt by sliding the plate into a corresponding slot on the chassis.

When the plate is slid into the chassis, the user will hear a reassuring “click” sound - this means that the camera is securely locked into place and will not fall out. If a user wants to remove their camera from the clip to take a photo, they can press the red “quick release button” on the chassis to release the camera.

If the user wants to completely prevent accidental release of their camera, they can screw down the “twist lock” which will keep the camera locked in place even if the quick release button is pressed.
