The Contour HD is the latest helmet camera from VholdR and Twenty20 cameras.
This is the first high definition wearable camcorder in the world.
It's also the first widescreen helmet camera to record in 16:9 aspect ratio.
Contour-HD is built to the same high standards as the original VholdR but with some awesome improvements. Once you have inserted and charged the battery you'll be filming amazing high definition helmet camera video in a matter of seconds. It uses the same rubber record switch slider at the top of the camera making it easy to operate even when wearing gloves.
The ContourHD records at 1280x720 progressive scan at 30fps.
You can also set it to record crispy smooth video at 848x480 at 60fps!
It's wide angle 135 degree lens can be rotated to allow you to frame the shot perfectly and get the best video possible. Two lasers can be fired out of the camera lens to help you get it lined up correctly.
Video is stored on to the supplied solid state 2gb MicroSD memory card which will hold about 1 hour of HD video or 2 hours of video in SD mode. The supplied battery will give around 2 hours running time and extra batteries and power supplies are also available if required.
The ContourHD uses a water resistant aluminium tough outer body that feels solid and will not break at the first sign of action.
ContourHD uses the same high quality TRail™ mounting system and is now supplied with a flat surface helmet mount AND a goggle mount.
Getting video off your new high definition helmet camera is simple using the supplied USB cable. Software is also supplied compatible with both PC and MAC operating systems. The software allows you to edit and share your videos on-line with the rest of the world in just a few clicks.
