Wifi BacPac for GoPro HD Cameras

We've had a lot of questions about the new WiFi BacPac for GoPro HD cameras. Much of what is going around is pure speculation. GoPro have not released any further info than what is available on their website and through the videos from the CES show. Click on the "PLAY VIDEO" icon above to view this.

What we know.

1: The GoPro WiFi BacPac will come with new back doors for the camera like the other GoPro BacPacs
2: The WiFI BacPac will be available on its own or bundled with the new GoPro Remote controller
3: It will allow you to remote control GoPro HD cameras using an iOS device or android (smart phone)
4: The BacPac will be compatible with GoPro HD and GoPro HD 2 cameras but video streaming will be
limited to the GoPro HD 2 cameras only.
5: The WiFi BacPac for GoPro will NOT be compatible with the GoPro 960.
6: One smart phone or Remote for GoPro will allow you to control multiple cameras.
