Sony 1/3" CCD Vari-focal lens

Finally we have managed to build the excellent Sony HQ1 chipset and Exview CCD in to a camera with a vari focal lens.

This camera will give superb results when used with a quality digital recorder. Perfect for use inside a vehicle where you might want to change the zoom and focal length of the camera to get the shot you're looking for.

The build quality matches our normal HQ-1 bullet camera which has been made for us and is not available from any other helmet-cam store in the UK.

The Sony Exview CCD that has been used in this bullet camera is rated at 550 lines. Others advertise this CCD as 580 lines. The manufacturer's spec is 550+ tvl which is the highest resolution 1/3" CCD produced by Sony.

Unlike other vari-focal bullet cameras, this one can get wet and is fine in the rain. It should not be submerged.
