These snake cameras have been very popular lately with their detachable, wireless screens with built in video recorders. Now we have made them available with an even smaller 9mm camera head!

06/01/10 Most of today's parcels have been dispatched by quad bike!
For the last few days we've been getting most of our parcels out to the next village by quad bike. Although we've had no post for the last week we are just about keeping the parcels flowing. Check out the video we made above, it's not a bad job really!

04/10/09 MiniDVR2 now at 720 x 576 Resolution!
The latest batch of the MiniDVR2 has been upgraded to record at 720 x 576 resolution 25fps. It means the video quality is even better than before not to mention the only head camera system on the market under £200 to achieve it. What a nice breakthrough!

Ok, we've been sent some pretty horific car crash videos from the RoadHawk in car black box recorder that we can't really make public but this one is a little different.
Every so often we get sent some really nice quality video and this is a fantastic clip from the ContourHD supplied by us to Crown House Media who absolutely love the camera! We think this is the first time a high definition helmet camera has been used in a rally car like this.
Check out their video from IRC in Spain last weekend. It's had over 6000 hits on youtube in just 3 days!

We have a brand new in car camera that has been fitted with a WDR (wide dynamic range) digital signal processor. What this means is that the camera can cope with very dark and very light contrast ratios better than anything else on the market. So now you can get a perfect wide angle shot inside your car whilst maintaining a perfectly in focus image of what's going on outside. This new camera is compatible with just about all in-car video systems and is highly recommended as an upgrade for anyone filming from a roll bar inside a car. The WDR-1 in car camera is here!

27/08/09 MiniDVR 2 is here at last!
The MiniDVR2 is the latest angel eye helmet/bullet camera kit. It has a higher resolution and video bit rate giving higher quality video over the first version. The MiniDVR2 also takes normal sized SDHC cards up to 32gb in size....that's over 25 hours of video at 720 x 528 resolution 3mb/s. Loads more features and a longer battery life as well. The new PV1000 DVR from Lawmate is now available. This is the next generation of digital video recorder that can record at resolutions up to 1280 x 960 and at 9mb/s. 11/6/09 New Cable for the HQR-C2 twin PiP DVR.
We've had a special cable produced for the HQR-C2 twin camera system which goes direct from the DVR to our bullet cameras using our own waterproof connectors. This cable also provides a 3.5mm jack for external audio input.
This makes the HQR-C2 the tidiest PiP twin bullet camera kit in the world!

27/5/09 New Cycling video helmet camera footage shot with the MD80s.
We were sent this footage from one of our friendly customers at Green Jersey Films. This really does demonstrate what can be done with a sub £100.00 helmet camera. The feedback was that they never expected such good quality video from a camera about the size of your thumb. The cyclist hardly knew he was wearing it!

We'd just like to say a big hello and thanks to all who came to see us at the Gadget Show LIVE last week. We had a great time talking to you and demonstrating the latest in wearable video equipment. Thanks also to RAGE buggies and the chaps from Predator technologies showing off their VX360 waterproof head camera.
The feedback we had was awesome and it was really cool to have the world's smallest camcorder on the stand too.

20/3/09 Latest firmware for the HQR2 Digital video recorder.
We highly recommend downloading and installing the latest firmware for the HQR2.
Amongst other features this latest firmware adds progressive scan recording which makes viewing your video on a progressive scan monitor such as a PC screen or LCD tv much nicer. "Sports mode" is also now available which increases video quality substantially when filming high motion video. There's also a setting for recording on power up. When the unit detects and external 12v power supply such as your car's ignition it will turn on and start recording so you'll never have to remember to hit that record button again!
Sony have produced a high definition helmet camera system that records in 16:9 and 1080i resolution. This is an incredible bit of kit with video quality higher than any other helmet camera system on the market today.
