This is currently the most advanced hybrid body worn camera system available on the market today.
It has been specifically designed for law enforcement use and provides high definition, high quality video and audio evidence at the touch of a remote button.
Video is stored on to either a 60gb built-in hard disk or the user can choose to record on to solid state SD memory cards up to 32gb in size in harsh environments.
The CCD camera supplied with this kit is one of the highest specification cameras available with an ULTRA low light Sony Exview 550tvl sensor.
The camera has a rugged cable relief design and can be detached from the headset for body worn or helmet/vehicle mounting applications.

Two Li-Ion Batteries are supplied which will give the PV1000 2.5hrs record time each. This can be extended by using the Pre-Record and screen saver functions on the recorder.
The PV1000 can be password protected so that files cannot be deleted or transferred to or from the recorder.
Each time a function of the PV1000 is used, data is logged in a .LOG text file which can be locked from being deleted. This ensures 100% accountability for both the system and its user.
The Bullet camera supplied with this kit can be worn on the head using the supplied headset or on the lapel with its unique lapel mounting clip.
For the user, this has to be one of the easiest head camera systems ever to use. Once the camera is plugged in to the recorder, a single press on the large buttoned remote will turn the unit on and start recording locking out all the other buttons on the unit to avoid accidental deactivation.
The high gain microphone is integrated in to the remote controller which can be clipped to the officer's clothing. The volume of this microphone can be quickly adjusted to suit any filming environment from noisy night clubs to quiet back streets.
The low light level on this camera is unrivalled providing a clear and accurate image in even the lowest lux levels.
