1080p Full HD Bullet Camera System

Here we have the excellent Mini DVR HD system with all the parts you need for Motorsports filming.

This kit took the 2012 Autosport show by storm, there's nothing else like it available on the market so well suited for motorsports expecially when it comes to roll bar mounting a camera. 

The shape and size of the bullet camera in this package allows it to be mounted to a roll bar with virtually no movement in the camera independant from the rest of the camera and this is what gives you super sharp video quality without blur or rolling shutter effect.

You get a full roll bar mount included as well as an alluminium billet ring to secure the camera to the mount giving the best stability possible.

Also included in this motorsports in car camera package is a fully enhanced wired remote controller and hard wiring kit.  You have the choice of powering by battery (included battery lasts around 3 hours) or you can plug the system in to a Cig Lighter socket or hard wire it to your vehicle's 12v power supply.
The MiniDVR HD can be set to switch on and automatically start recording when it receives power and shut down automatically when you turn off the ignition. This can be overridden with the large buttoned remote controller normally placed on the dash board.

The Mini DVR HD can be connected to most intercom systems using an optional connection cable. This cable will plug in to most Peltor intercoms. Stilo intercoms will require an inline amplifier.

The video quality from this system is excellent. It uses a 5 mega pixel sensor in the bullet camera and the recorder can do 1080p/25 and 1080p/30. You can also choose 720p/50/60 for smooth video playback when recording at high speed.

Operating the system is really easy, the menu is simple and intuitive. It can detect and auto adjust for just about any lighting conditions. The new video processor used in these cameras can adjust really quickly so you don't see the camera hunting for exposure.

The MiniDVR HD has an amazing 200% improvement in video quality when compared to its predecessor. It can achieve full 1080p HD video from the small bullet camera and stores the video on to the recorder using SD cards up to 32gb in size.

The camera part is fully waterproof and the recorder part is rugged and splash proof. The camera comes with a 1.5m cable and uses a locking MiniHDMI Connector.

As soon as you turn the system on you will see a preview from the camera showing on the screen. This allows you to position the camera perfectly before you start filming. You can also use the screen to view back the videos you have recorded and for viewing photos you have taken with the system.

The battery will power the Mini DVR HD system for at least 3 hours record time and spare batteries are also available if you scroll down towards the bottom of the page.

 At full quality you can record about 4 hours of video on to a 16gb card and this can be expanded up to 32gb if required.

 The camera part is supplied with a range of mounts for car windscreens, handlebars and helmets. Because the camera and the recorder parts are separate, it makes the camera one of the smallest 1080p HD imagers in the world. You will hardly even notice it's there!

 Using a HDMI cable (available below) you can plug the system in to any HD television and stream full HD video back which looks fantastic when using a high quality HD TV.

 The MiniDVR HD DVR has a built-in microphone and you can also plug in an external microphone for recording higher quality audio and for getting the mic out of the way of wind when using with a car or bike.

 Supplied as part of the kit is a wired remote controller which will let you turn on and start recording by pressing one button. The remote flashes bright red to let you know the system is recording. An enhanced remote controller is available below.

 The video files made by the MiniDVR HD are standard HD video files using h.264encoding. They are compatible with just about any video editing software on the market and anyone using this system for professional use will be happy to hear it can do 25, 30, 50 and 60fps at 720p and 25 or 30fps in 1080p.

 The MiniDVR HD helmet camera has many other features such as motion detection and a car mode in which the system will turn on and start recording video in a LOOP fashion when the memory card is full.

A file recovery mode had been added to the system. If for any reason your video files should become corrupt, the MiniDVR HD will try to recover them automatically.
