Here's a quick video sample we made using the PVR500r above with the HQ1 bullet camera.

This is a fairly quick downhill ride on a very bumpy farm track. The PVR500r was in my trouser pocket. The bike has front suspension which is set to hard.

The PVR500r was set to high quality mode but this video has been compressed so we can host it on this site.

This demonstrates the PVR500r antishock memory and also the ability of the HQ1 camera to film in direct sunlight.

What's the difference between the cameras?

All of our cameras use the highest quality Sony CCD chips. The 480 is the lowest priced camera, it has the lowest resolution of 480 tv lines.

The next camera up is the Pro 520 line camera which is slightly bigger but with a higher resolution. The 520 will give you a sharper image and is also fully waterproof.

The 550 Pro zoom is our lowest prices 550 line camera. It's IP67 rated so you can drop in water down to about 10m and it will still work. It has a DSP for controlling the AGC and auto iris. The 550 zoom also has a built-in digital zoom function so you can get closer to your subjects without having to change the lens.

The SS-HQ1 550/580 line camera is our flagship model. It uses the HQ1 DSP to give you the sharpest quality image, best colour reproduction and above all it reacts to changing light conditions faster than any other bullet camera we have ever seen. This is also the toughest camera available.
