How can I place an order with DogCamSport?

This quickest and easiest way is to use our online shopping cart system. Simply add the items you wish to purchase to the cart by clicking on the blue "add to basket" buttons. You can "view basket" at any time. Once your cart is complete then click on "checkout" to pay.

How can I pay for my goods?

Our online secure shopping cart can take payment from your debit card or credit card.
We can't take payment from American Express cards unless you use PayPal or Google checkout.
You can use your Paypal account by selecting "PayPal Express" at the checkout.

To pay by cheque, please add the items you wish to order to the cart.
Fill out your delivery address details and hit the "Pay by Cheque" button.

With Google Checkout, you can quickly and easily buy from DogCamSport and many other stores across the web. If you have used Google Checkout before, all you need to do is provide your Checkout username and password to buy from us. If you are using Google Checkout for the first time, you only have to fill out a single page of information to make your first purchase. After that, you just need to enter your Google Checkout login to make a purchase. There is no need to re-enter your purchase information or create multiple usersnames and passwords each time that you buy from different sites. When you buy with Google Checkout, you can track all your orders in one place and shop with confidence knowing that Google protects you from unauthorised purchases.

How long will my order take?

Purchasing direct from the website or via telephone order is the quickest way to get your goods. If you place your order before 3.00pm then we will usually get your goods in the post the same day. Delivery in most cases is made by Royal Mail recorded delivery and quite often arrives within 24hrs of posting. Your goods will need to be signed for. If nobody is home to sign for your parcel then royal mail should leave a note asking you to pick the item up from your local post office.

We can supply equipment via purchase order to BBC personnel. Our vendor ID is 1115479

Privacy.

We will ask you for an email address to send confirmation details about your order only. We will never use your email address for marketing purposes and we will never pass on your details to anyone. When you purchase through our secure system we don't keep copies or even see your payment card details. No paper copies are ever made of your payment details for phone orders.
