Small LCD monitors for the PDR100 recorder

The PDR100 does not have a built-in screen for previewing or reviewing your video.

You can use these monitors to connect to the PDR100 for positioning your camera and playback.

The LCD screens are provided with the necessary connecting cables but will require a 12v power supply. The power supply can be from a cig lighter adapter or from a battery pack. You can also use the 12v regulator to hard wire these screens to your bike or car's 12v supply.

Do NOT be tempted to try powering the LCD screens from the PDR100's power output as it will cause damage to the recorder.

These screens are not waterproof so care must be taken to ensure they do not get wet.

5 Inch Field and Vehicle Monitor

The 5" TFT Monitor has one of the brightest screens we have found. A high quality piece of hardware that can accept any composite video input. Ideal for use with digital video recorders that don't have built-in screens such as the PDR100 or XM-DVR Pro.

Input connections are BNC and we will also supply BNC to RCA-Phono adapters.

Can easily be dash mounted with it's adjustable stand. Powered by 12v.

Comes with a protective carry case that doubles as a screen shroud for perfect viewing on bright, sunny days. The back of this bag has a velcro belt strap that can be used to secure the monitor to a roll bar or cage.

12v car cigarette lighter regulator

Power the TFT screens with from your car's accessory plug socket. Set to 12v +ive centre pin. You can also use this to power the PDR100 using a DC splitter cable below.

12v hard wired regulator

Use to hard wire your LCD monitor to your bike or car's 12v system. Eliminates visual feedback and interferance from the engine. Use with the DC power splitter below to power the LCD screen and the PDR100.

DC power splitter cable

Use this cable for splitting the output from the cig. lighter adapter, the 12v hard wired reg or the battery pack above.

NOTE: Do not use to split the power output from the PDR100

1.5 metre DC extenstion cable

Used for extending the power output from any of these power sources.

5m DC extenstion cable

Used for extending the power output from any of these power sources. You can link these together for longer runs.

5m video or audio extenstion cable

Use for extending the video or audio runs from the PDR100 to the LCD Screen. Up to four of these can be linked together for longer runs.
