DogCam™ Pro Lenses

The Dogcam Pro cameras are fitted with high quality treated 3.6mm lenses which will give you 78° angle of view. This is the widest you can go without having a noticeable fish-eye effect which looks wrong in most videos. Fitting a larger lens will have the effect of zooming in on your subject. These precision lenses are manufactured by Canon.

• 2.9mm 103° angle of view. (extra wide angle)
• 3.6mm 82 ° angle of view. (wide angle)
• 6mm 65° angle of view
• 8mm 47° angle of view.
• 12mm 24° angle of view.
• 16mm 15° angle of view.

To change the lens in your Dogcam helmet camera you will need a precision screw driver to remove the grub screw that holds the lens in place. Please check to see if this will fit your pencil camera system if it's not a DogCam then it might not fit your bullet cam.

DogCam™ Pro Outer Lens
For 550 Pro zoom and 550 HQ1 bullet cameras

It's quite rare but if something should damage or scratch your outer lens then you can buy a replacement here. It's a treated sealed unit, make sure you screw it on tight to stop water getting into the camera. Please check with us which camera you have before purchasing. Not available for the 480 camera.

DogCam Lens Caps

You've bought a high quality bullet camera and you're going to want to protect your investment. The outer lenses on our bullet cams are replaceable should it suffer any damage out in the field.

Reduce the risk of scratching your outer lens by using a protective lens cap when the camera is not in use.
For cameras between 21 and 23mm in diameter.

Lens caps are now supplied with 520 and 550 line cameras.

Neutral Density Filter Pack

Lens removal tool

High quality neutral density filter pack.

When filming on bright sunny days you can use these filter lenses to restrict the amount of sunlight striking the CCD. The HQ-1 camera is already an excellent performer in snow conditions and these filters will give you the extra edge for the most professional looking video shot with your helmet camera. These lenses will fit this HQ1 bullet camera and our pro zoom model. This pack also includes a spare clear lens for your camera.

A small T Wrench tool is also supplied to help you replace the lenses in your bullet cam.

This pack contains five filters with 100% (clear glass), 80%, 50%, 30% and 10% levels. Filters can't be sold separately.
