Picture in Picture Multiplexor

This is the very latest picture in picture processor available on the market especially designed and built for use with bullet cameras in harsh enviroments.

Unlike other or older quad processors, this one has some really nice features that we have had installed by the manufacturers.

To tidy up the cabling involved in a multi-camera system this picture in picture processor has a built-in 12v regulator and a power distribution circuit. This means all you have to do is connect this device to any 12v power supply (car/bike battery) and it will provide 12v power to your bullet cameras and recording device. It can be used with any of these digital video recorders and any of these bullet cameras.

This quad processor is supplied with both a wired remote and a wireless remote that can be used to easily swap thought the camera inputs or the picture in picture modes as well as the configuration menu.

It also comes with a full wiring harness which allows you to change camera inputs and modes from standard switches...for intance, you could wire this up to your indicators and select a certain camera to activate when you make a turn or perhaps select reverse.

The unit can be put in to picture in picture mode or twin picture in picture mode, split screen or quad split mode.

An auto-scan selecting mode is provided which will automatically scroll through each of it's four camera inputs with a user definable dwell time for each input.

Audio can also be routed to this quad processor although we would normally advise connecting your microphones direct to the recording device.

This device competes with similar units that are nearly twice the price and do not offer as much functionality as this one does.

You can connect any of our solid state digital video recorders to this picture in picture processor and use from 1 to 4 bullet cameras with it.
