Returns

If your camera becomes faulty and is less than 12 months old then please contact us using the form below to arrange an RTA number. We will then either repair or replace your camera. If your camera is over 12 months old from date of purchase then repairs will be chargeable. Serious and obvious misuse including "Accidents" will void your cameras warranty.

PLEASE NOTE: If we cannot reproduce the fault, there will be a charge for returning your goods.
