Unrivalled video quality from this 470 tvl head camera kit. The xc555p has been built to incredibly high broadcast quality standards and incorporates a Sony SuperHAD 1/2" CCD sensor. The 12 pin hirose connector on the rear can be configured to give a composite VBS signal or SVideo Y/C signal. Makes a perfect partner to the NDT-200 or MiniDVR Pro solid state recorders both of which can accept an Svideo Y/C signal for high quality colour separation.

The XC-555p is probably THE toughest head-cam available with a shock resistance of 70G.

Ultra-compact 1/2" SuperHAD CCD Sony Camera

This camera is ideally suited to outdoor ultra-portable filming whether it's head mounted or vehicle mounted. We can also supply our patented suction mount kit to fit this camera.

Designed to give an Svideo or Composite output with only the addtion of a 12v feed to the camera. 12v can be supplied by our compact battery packs or from a mains adapter. We can also arrange for a regulator to take power from a vehicle's on board 12v system.

No CCU is required for this unit. A single high quality cable with the appropriate connections can be taylor made on request. We also supply standard 2 and 5 meter cables for the xc555p to take power to the head-cam and feed the s-video back to your recording device.

This camera takes NF type lenses available in wide angled 3mm, standard 6mm and tele 12mm sizes. We can also supply an NF to C mount adapter giving you a much wider range of lens options.
