The majority of support calls our staff receive can be resolved by simply formatting your SD card.

If your video is stuttering when you play back on your computer then there are a few things you can check first.
1: Try playing back the video from the camera itself (if it has this facility). Plug the camera in to a TV and hit play. If it looks ok then you know the issue is with your computer rather than the camera.
If the video still does not look right then check your SD card. Make sure you are using a good quality card rated fast enough for the device.
2: If your computer is struggling to play your video then try downloading a FREE media player such as
VLC (Mac or PC) or KMPlayer (PC only)
If you're using a Laptop then try plugging it in to its charger and make sure you're not using a power saving profile.
3: Check the specification of your computer. Most netbooks, a lot of small laptops and older machines may not have the processing power to play back high quality video, especially 1080p. Try lowering the resolution/quality setting of your helmet camera or recording device. If that doesn't work... it might be time for a computer upgrade!
